1. PURCHASE. In case needed, I will be asking for your personal information such as NAME, ADDRESS, AND CONTACT NUMBER. Rest assured that every information provided is safe and will only be used for this transaction.2. REFUND & RETURN. I will not take any responsibility for any damaged, lost, and/or delayed packages caused by the courier as it is beyond my control. I will do my best to pack your orders well to prevent any damages on my part. I will also be sending photo proof before handing the package to the courier. RETURN & REFUND will only be possible if proven that the damage is from my shop. I strictly follow NO VIDEO, NO REFUND/RETURN policy.3. CANCELLATIONS. Once the order has been placed, cancellation is not applicable. For every cancellation, 50% of the price of the item will be deducted to the buyer.4. LATE FEES. Every payment that has been late for more than one day, the buyer must pay 7php per item/day. Please be responsible as a buyer.5. SHIPPING FEES. Shipping fee will be calculated based on your location. Tracking number and Shipping fee will be on the MASTERLIST provided by the shop. This is applicable if you opt for J&T or GGX as your mode of delivery. Buyers who opt for S/CO, i’ll be providing the link through dms. SDD is also available and will be discussed through dms as well.6. PACKAGING FEE. My packaging fee costs 20-30 php depending on the item purchased. This includes either a corrugated box or bubble mail wrap.7. RUDE BUYERS. Rude buyers will not be entertained. I want to maintain a friendly space within my shop. Let us all respect one another.
